QUALITY SYSTEMS CERTIFICATION SCHEME- BASED ON ISO 9001:2000

The Quality Systems Certification Scheme is designed as per ISO Guide 62 to meet international requirements in certifying quality systems of organizations according to ISO 9001:2000 standard. This scheme is- accredited for nineteen scope sectors by RvA, The Netherlands, which is one of the world renowned accreditation bodies. Thus the certificates issued under this scheme are recognized all over the world.

This scheme is operated with the support of a strong in-house resource pool of Auditors who are fully competent, qualified and well experienced and registered with IRCA-UK. There are about ten such Lead Auditors and 40 Auditors currently attached to SLSI.

FEES

PRE CERTIFICATION FEES

Brochure	LKR 1 000/-
Application	LKR 5 000/-
Trial Assessment	LKR 6 000/- per day / assessor
Compliance/Final Assessment	LKR 6 000/- per day / assessor

Re-assessment LKR 6 000/- per day / assessor 15% VAT will be added to all payments.

POST CERTIFICATION FEES

Annual Registration

Certificates without Accreditation mark	LKR 70 000/-

Transport and accomodation for Auditors shall be provided by the client.

15% VAT will be added to all payments.

A 10% concession from the annual fee will be given to each additional certification obtained from SLSI.
