Vegetarian Food and Beverage System Certification (SCVFB)

Assures that measures have been taken on the use of vegetarian claims in food or beverage in its ingredients, storage, handling, processing, coking, displaying, serving and transportation.

FEE SCHEDULE

1.    Stage I Audit Fee
Stage I audit fee is computed as LKR 2 500/= per auditor per one man-day.

2.    Stage II Audit Fee   
Stage II audit fee is computed as LKR 2 500/= per auditor per one man-day.

3.    Annual Registration fee

Category  11                Above LKR 1.0 million & Below LKR 5.0 million          LKR  25 000/=
Category  111               Above LKR 5.0 million                                            LKR  50 000/=

Fee covers all costs of minimum one surveillance audit per year excluding travel/stay expenses and is payable prior to registration and before each anniversary of registration.

4.    Re-certification audit fee
Re-certification audit fee for renewal of certificate is computed as LKR 2 500/= per auditor per one man-day.

5.        All the above payments shall be accompanied with VAT + NBT 2% at the current rate.

6.        The client shall provide transport & accommodation for auditors.
